Initial Consultation
We work with clients who fit within our capabilities and who are educated in the buying decision.
During our initial consultation we will
- address what we can do for you
- confirm if your expectations of our services are reasonable
- what your budgets and timeframes are
- discuss areas of business you hadn’t thought of
- Understand and define your goals
- Analyze your current business process
Client Intake
If you agree to work with us, we will ask you a bunch of questions after our team does an overview of your business objectives. During this process, your account manager will involve at least one other person on our team to strategically form questions about what you are trying to accomplish.
If you have a web presence, our team will research it and perform a preliminary round of competitive research.
Part of this intake process is to discover your business personality and character. Some clients want vanilla strategies, while other clients want industry shattering ideas. We want to understand where your business sits within the spectrum so that we can support your brand and culture, as well as your business goals.
Intake Review
Once we have your answers to our client intake questions, our team will investigate both strategic and tactical ideas.
- Identify opportunities and risks
- Develop a cohesive online strategy
- Select appropriate online marketing solutions
- How to monitor, analyze and optimize your campaigns
Client Expectation Setting
Once we’ve gone through this initial process, we’ll communicate with you what our initial recommendations are and we’ll educate you to why those decisions make good business sense. This is when we look farther into competitive intelligence and number crunching so that we can take advantage of gaps in your marketplace.
Getting It Done
Depending on our conversation during the above process points, we’ll begin setting up your social media kit. We’ll reserve brand names, setup custom profiles, begin writing content, and creating all the components of your overall digital hub.
