Why Social Media Kit?
Our founders had a background in digital brand and identity over a decade ago, quickly seeing a need for brands (both personal and business) to claim a “digital footprint” that identified them online.
The evolution of the internet has caused a huge impact on how consumers find information, so the process of finding information about your brand may happen on your site, through your interaction on popular social profiles, or through conversation and content created by members of your marketplace.
The problem with this is that as companies grow and time goes on, the message of who you are and what you are trying to accomplish becomes degraded.
Sometimes this happens when employees fail to use the right statements and uncontrolled information enters the conversation, while in other cases competitors or information directories are trying to monetize information about your business that may (or may not) be entirely correct. In the worse case scenario someone is trying to attack your business by spreading false information or highlighting some of your less popular business decisions.
What are we doing about it?
Social Media Kit is on a mission to enable our clients with an effective way to broadcast brand messages and react to shifts in the marketplace that may affect them.
